TERM AND CONDITIONS

ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF PAYMENT

  • Upon successful payment, an official receipt and confirmation of your registration will be sent via email within 7 working days
  • Delegates without proof of payment will not be allowed access to the event

 

VISA APPLICATION

  • SUME Secretariat will issue an invitation letter via email (pdf copy) upon request
  • Submit your request to email sume@fk.unair.ac.id

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

  • If an registered cannot attend the event, a subtitute colleague may be accepted before Aug 20th 2018. After this date, cancellation fees apply
  • Requests for substitutions or cancellation will only be accepted by e-mail to sume@fk.unair.ac.id, indicating the delegate registration number
  • The name and affiliation of substitute should be included in e-mail
  • If a delegate has to cancel his/her registration before or on Aug 20th 2018, a 50% registration fee will be refunded (refund charge shall be borne by the applicant)
  • 100% cancellation charges will be applied for cancellations received after Aug 20th 2018
  • No-shows will not qualify for a refund
  • Refund will not be given for early termination of attendance
